We have put together a handy calculator that allows you to predict the composition of the APS board following the election and the spill.
It is a complicated situation due to the fact that there will be two events occurring at the AGM : the election of four new candidates and a spill of up to six current directors.
These two events make it hard to predict the outcome of the final composition of the APS board.

Hi and thanks for this. I admit to being a bit confused about the spill and the election. I havebeen thinking the spill is not needed as there is an election anyway, but this post challenges that thinking. In case there are others like me, would you consider (re)issuing a statement with exactly what you are asking members to do? Step by step even.
